Fall 2025 New Student Researcher and Parent Orientation

We are very excited to meet you and your parents during New Student Orientation. We have an outstanding program designed to welcome you and walk you through the administrative basics, research pre-work, on boarding, advisor selection process and research expectations.

Orientation Goals:

  1. Gain an understanding of general ASDRP requirements and semester schedule

  2. Review the research pre-work requirements

  3. Understand how to select or be placed in an ASDRP research lab

  4. Ease the transition by addressing common concerns and setting expectations

  5. Connect parents and students to the incredible resources available at ASDRP

How do I register?

After completing all of the following steps:

1. Acceptance

2. Onboarding Documents

3. Receive and activate ASDRP Email

You will receive a registration invitation email to your ASDRP Account.
